Samsung Tops Smartphone Customer Satisfaction Survey Samsung overtook Apple for customer satisfaction this year, according to a survey by the American Consumer Satisfaction Index. Approximately 70,000 people were surveyed to determine customer satisfaction. Samsung recorded a satisfaction score of 81. By comparison, the South Korean company’s score last year was 76.
