Hollywood heartthrob Richard Gere meets PM Narendra Modi

Hollywood heartthrob Richard Gere meets PM Narendra Modi

The picture of the two was posted on Twitter by the official twitter handle of PMO.

New Delhi: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's charm has held everyone captive ever since he took oath as the 15th Prime Minister of India.
We all know that be it a commoner, a celebrity, or any imminent international personality, when it comes to our PM, none can escape his aura.
After Bollywood celebs like Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, and the likes who have rubbed their shoulders with the man of the moment, it was Hollywood actor Richard Gere's turn to meet the PM.
The `Pretty Woman` actor is the latest celebrity visitor who called on the PM on January 5.

Gere, who is also the chairman of Gere Foundation and Global Envoy of International Buddhist Confederation, has time and again spoken about the close connection he feels with India and is a frequent visitor.

Jennifer Aniston doesn't find it 'painful' talking about Brad Pitt

Jennifer Aniston doesn't find it 'painful' talking about Brad Pitt

Jennifer Aniston doesn't find it hard talking about Brad Pitt.
The 45-year-old actress was married to Brad, 51, from 2000 to 2005, and Jennifer insists they maintain a healthy relationship despite their high-profile split and Brad's subsequent relationship with Angelina Jolie.
The former 'Friends' star said: ''I don't find it painful. I think it's a narrative that follows you because it's an interesting headline. It's more of a media-driven topic.''
In fact, Jennifer revealed that she and Brad still communicate with each other, although she confesses it's not something they do on a regular basis.
Jennifer - who has been engaged to screenwriter Justin Theroux since 2012 - told CBS: ''We've exchanged good wishes and all that sort of stuff to each other, but it's not a constant thing.''
Her remarks come shortly after Angelina Jolie said being married to Brad is an ''extraordinary feeling''.
The 39-year-old star, who tied the knot with the 'Fury' actor last year, said the ceremony was so special because it was shared with their children - Maddox, Zahara, Pax, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox.
She explained: ''As soon as it was all over, we all just changed clothes and hung out. It was just a very happy time. It wasn't this monumental change - we were just very happy and sure, and it's quite an extraordinary feeling to be so sure. It gives you peace.''
